In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms:
For Sale Storage and Administration Fees – We will charge £6 per week (1 week = 7 days) for storage and admin (and £6.00 for any part less then a 7 day period). This is payable on sale of the Bike or the owner removing the Bike from sale and collecting it from our warehouse.
A valet charge is payable if the bike is removed from sale in under 4 weeks of Motorcycle Warehouse taking the bike in for sale. The charge is dependant on the amount of time taken to valet the bike to get it to show room condition, but not less then £42.00 and no more then £100.00.
The Purchaser recognises that any bike bought through Motorcycle Warehouse comes with no warranty or guarantee given or implied what so ever. The Purchaser also recognises that Motorcycle Warehouse is a broker and not a dealer.
Warranties are only supplied where stated.
All other vehicles are sold “No warranty or guarantee is given or implied whatsoever”.

Motorcycle Warehouse will not pay for any repairs / MOT costs for the purposes of resale.
Any faults will have to be corrected prior to sale and should an MOT be needed to be serviced upon the vehile, these costs will be met by the seller.
